Maryland Health Connection offers many ways to get assistance selecting or enrolling in health plans or even just understanding more about Maryland Health Connection.

Here's where to look:
Authorized Brokers (Producers)Maryland Health Connection has partnered with insurance brokers throughout the state who can help you understand your insurance plan options and select the plan that works for you and your family. Authorized professionals will display this logo. Use these instructions to select an authorized producer while you’re shopping. A referral network has been established to offer assistance for people seeking health insurance from local independent insurance producers (brokers) who are authorized to do business with Maryland Health Connection. If you would like the services of a local independent broker, please call 1-877-304-9934 (or 410-268-6877). You will be given the contact information for a local broker who can assist you.

SHOP Direct Enrollment: If you would like to have the assistance of an insurance representative to assist in enrolling you and your employees in a healthcare plan, Maryland Health Connection has made arrangements to provide this service to you, at no additional cost. If you would like to have the services of a local producer, you may call this number toll-free: 877-304-9934. You will be given the name of one or more producer, and also information on the producer's association membership, if any. A producer does not have to be a member of an association to participate in the Program.
Connector EntitiesConsumer assistance organizations called Connectors are located in communities around the state and have individuals who are certified to help you enroll in Medicaid or a qualified health plan.
