Connectors

Maryland Health Connection offers a statewide network of consumer assistance organizations that we call Connectors. They are located in communities around the state and are staffed by certified SHOP navigators, who can assist small employers with enrollment in qualified health plans (QHPs).

You can go to a local Connector organization in your area and get one-on-one, in-person help to find and select health coverage that meets the needs – and budget – of you and your family.

Click on a region on the map to reveal the Connector Entity and related contact information.
