Beat the Rush! Free enrollment events Nov. 3-5

Maryland Health Connection will hold statewide “Beat the Rush” events the weekend of Nov. 3-5 to provide free help with health coverage enrollment through the state’s health insurance marketplace.

Open enrollment is Nov. 1 to Dec. 15, and plans start Jan. 1, 2018. Marylanders can now review 2018 plans and prices at MarylandHealthConnection.gov or through the Enroll MHC mobile app.

Marylanders who are eligible for Medicaid or the Maryland Children’s Health Program, or who have recently experienced certain qualifying life events (such as having a baby) can enroll year-round.

At the “Beat the Rush” events, Marylanders can ask questions and enroll in coverage with the help of trained navigators. More information is available at MarylandHealthConnection.gov/BeatTheRush.
