How do I reset my Maryland Health Connection account password?

After creating an account through Maryland Health Connection, be sure to verify your email address when you receive our email confirming your account creation. Click the verification link in the email within 24 hours or it will expire. Then, you will be able to reset your online account password or change your email address through your account’s “Change Account Settings” quick link.

Check your spam folder if you don’t see an email, and add the email “no-reply@marylandhealthconnection.gov” to your address book to make sure that you receive emails from Maryland Health Connection.

Once you have validated your email address, to reset your password, click the “Forgot Password” link on the account login page and enter your user ID.

Then, select to reset your password by either answering security questions or sending a password reset link to your verified email address, and continue to follow the prompts.

If you do not have an email address associated with your account or have forgotten both your user ID and email address, please call us at 1-855-642-8572 (Deaf and hard of hearing use Relay service).
