MHC for Small Business Employee Guide 2025-2026
Existing MHC for Small Business groups migrating to the new MHC for Small Business portal:
MHC for Small Business has phased out the direct-to-carrier enrollment process. We have discontinued using the MHC-SB paper forms for new group enrollment. To enroll now, please return to the main page, create an employer account, and select a benefit package to offer your employees through the new enrollment portal. If you are an existing MHC for Small Business group enrolled before August 1, 2025, please use the MHC-SB Employee Enrollment Form to enroll new and/or rehired employees. Please contact your broker for assistance.
