If you may NOT need to complete work requirements, you do not need to do anything.

If you may need to complete work requirements, starting in 2027 you will need to:

1. Show you are working or taking part in other activities, such as:

      • Earn $580 a month

        OR

      • Go to school at least half time

        OR

      • Do 80 hours of approved activities in a single month. You can spend those 80 hours doing any mix of these things:

          • Working at a job that pays you

          • Going to school

          • Learning new job skills in a training program

          • Volunteering to help your community

2. Renew your coverage twice a year

Adults who must meet work/activity requirements above will also need to renew Medicaid every 6 months instead of every 12 months.
