A state-funded subsidy program to help Maryland residents of any age with incomes up to 400% of the federal poverty level (FPL) pay for their monthly health insurance premiums. This financial help is in addition to federal assistance (Advance Premium Tax Credits) and will be applied automatically when enrolling in a bronze, silver, gold, or platinum plan through Maryland Health Connection.
